Welcome to ViewMyMenu. By creating an account or otherwise using our digital-menu service ("Service") you ("you", "the restaurant") agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

ViewMyMenu provides a self-hosted digital menu platform that lets restaurants publish a mobile-friendly menu accessible via a QR code, collect customer reviews, and print menus.

2. Eligibility & account

• You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your country.
• You must provide accurate signup information and keep it current.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account, including keeping your password confidential.

3. Free trial & paid plans

• The free trial is valid for 7 days from signup and gives you full access.
• The Lifetime plan is a one-time payment of ₹999/- (Indian Rupees) and includes unlimited menu items, categories, QR scans and reviews.
• "Lifetime" means the operational lifetime of the Service. We may discontinue the Service with at least 90 days' written notice; in such case any remaining lifetime fee paid within the previous 12 months will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
• Prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes (e.g. GST).

4. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Publish content that is unlawful, hateful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes anyone's rights.
• Send spam, run unauthorized advertisements, or scrape the platform.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to break the Service's security.
• Resell, sublicense or rent the Service to third parties without our written consent.

5. Your content

You own the menu items, photos, branding and reviews you upload ("Your Content"). By uploading, you grant ViewMyMenu a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and back up Your Content solely to operate the Service.

6. Customer reviews

Reviews are posted publicly by your customers. You may moderate (hide) reviews that violate these Terms; however, you may not delete genuine reviews simply because they are negative. Repeated misuse of moderation may lead to account suspension.

7. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or hosting issues may occasionally interrupt the Service. We are not liable for loss of business resulting from such downtime.

8. Suspension & termination

• You may stop using the Service at any time. Email hello@viewmymenu.in to request account deletion.
• We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, fraud, or non-payment of agreed fees.
• On termination, your menu page is taken offline and your data is deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

9. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViewMyMenu's total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
