Refund Policy

We want every restaurant on ViewMyMenu to be happy. This page explains when and how you can claim a refund.

Try before you buy. Every restaurant gets a free 7-day trial that includes every feature of the Lifetime plan. We strongly recommend exploring the trial before paying so you know the Service fits your needs.

1. Free trial

The 7-day free trial requires no payment, so nothing needs to be refunded. After the trial ends, your menu remains accessible only if you upgrade to the Lifetime plan.

2. Lifetime plan — 7-day money-back guarantee

The Lifetime plan costs ₹999/- as a one-time payment. We offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund from the date of payment if you are not satisfied with the Service.

To claim a refund:

Email hello@viewmymenu.in from the address registered to your account, with subject "Refund request".
Include your restaurant name and the date of payment.
We will reply within 2 business days and process the refund within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

3. After the 7-day window

Once the 7-day window has passed, the Lifetime payment becomes non-refundable except in the cases listed in section 4 below. You will, however, continue to enjoy the Lifetime plan for the operational lifetime of the Service.

4. Exceptions (always refundable)

Duplicate payment. If you were accidentally charged twice for the same restaurant, we will refund the duplicate in full.
Service permanently shut down. If we discontinue the Service within 12 months of your Lifetime purchase, you will receive a pro-rata refund.
Unauthorized payment. If a third party paid using your card without authorization, contact us immediately and we will cooperate fully with your bank's investigation.

5. What is NOT refundable

Custom design or implementation work performed for you on request.
Domain registration, hosting fees, or third-party services (e.g. WhatsApp gateway charges) you pay directly to other providers.
Refund requests made after a confirmed account-Terms violation (see Terms & Conditions, section 8).

6. How refunds are paid

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, or bank transfer). Bank processing time may add 5–7 working days after our refund instruction.
